Delete from the app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the account settings from Profile or Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and complete the confirmation shown by the app.
If you cannot access the app
Email admin@pashaykonkan.com with the subject “Konkani Kurdi account deletion request”. Include your username and the contact address associated with your account if available. Do not send your password, authenticator or SMS code, receipt, or payment-card information.
What happens to your data
We verify ownership before processing a request. The deletion process removes or de-identifies active profile and account information. Limited records may be retained for purchase/refund handling, fraud prevention, moderation, security, disputes, legal obligations and protected backup retention. The confirmation in the app explains any cancellation or processing period applicable to your request.
